Pellet Smoked Stromboli
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough, 1/4 lb ham, 1/4 lb pepperoni , 1/4 lb salami, 3/4 cup mozzarella, 1 egg, 1 tsp sesame seeds,1/2 tsp garlic.
1️⃣Roll out dough evenly on a flat surface and use flour if needed.
2️⃣Add meat in 3 equal layers. Then add cheese leaving a half inch edge exposed.
3️⃣ Mix 1 egg and 1 tbsp of water to make and egg wash and brush the egg mixture on the edge of the dough.
4️⃣Fold in edges and roll up dough like a burrito.
5️⃣ Add remaining egg wash, sesame seeds and garlic to the top.
6️⃣Smoke or cook at 400 for about 30-40 mins or until 200 on your @themeatstickig probe.
