INGREDIENTS

For the avocado dip:
1 avocado
1/2 onion
20 g of sweet and sour sauce
100 ml of tonic water
Salt and pepper

METHOD
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients and set aside.

For the gluten-free batter:
100 g of rice flour
300 g of water
1 handful of cold ice

METHOD
Make a batter by mixing all these ingredients.

Then cut a zucchini into spaghetti and emerge them in the batter, fry in hot oil.
