– Marinate 700 grams chicken legs with 2 tbsp pizza sauce, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chilli vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt, crushed black pepper, red chilli powder and 1.5 tbsp mixed dry herbs like thyme, rosemary, oregano etc. Let it marinate for an hour in a baking tray.
– Marinate the chicken in a preheated oven at 250 Degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Brush the chicken pieces with whatever oil you see in the tray and put it back in for 12 minutes at 280 Degrees Celsius and it’s done.
