Happy summer solstice! We are currently in the midst of a crazy heatwave here in Italy and I have been trying new recipes that don’t use too much heat and are refreshing on these hot and humid days!
Today I will be taking you to my favorite Sunday market in Florence where we will pick up vegetables for a Mediterranean style lunch with three yummy recipes, perfect for a heatwave 🙂
