Search for:

1 box @barillaus spaghetti
4 tbs Extra V olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbs fresh ginger, cut roughly
Β½ lemon zested
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup Parmigiano cheese, grated 1/2,cup fresh basil, torn
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook pasta according to directions, but drain three minutes earlier
Meanwhile in a skillet sautΓ© garlic, ginger, lemon zest for a minute, add lemon juice and 1 cup pasta cooking water, bring to simmer. Drain pasta and toss with lemon juice mixture over high heat, add pasta cooking water as needed. Turn off heat, finish with remaining olive oil, basil, a good amount of freshly ground black pepper and Parmigiano cheese #veggie #pasta
