I made this pasta the other day at home and I just loved the way it looked so I thought I’d share it with you.
recipe
soffrito
carrots,onions, celery cut up and fryed in olive oil
strain the oil and save the veggies
use same oil to cook garlick and crushed red pepper
add crushed tomatoes
add soffrito
now blend mash and save for later
cook pasta save a cup of pasta water
put blended mash in frying pan with water then add pasta and mix into a sauce
sever with a ricotta cheese and olive oil
