INGREDIENTS
40g oat flour
200g egg white
sweetener to taste
Mix the flour with the egg white without leaving any lumps. Cook the dough a little at a time, creating 4 crêpes, in a non-stick pan, if necessary add a drizzle of oil.
Arrange the crepes one on top of the other and cover them. Fill with what you prefer, we used 0% Greek yogurt, with the addition of 100% pistachio butter, raspberries and pistachio flour.
