Join the R Life OutLoud Travel team on board Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas out of Cape Liberty, New Jersey in June 2022. On this cruise from New York to the Bahamas we surprise our girls with a Crown Loft Suite which we got through the Royal Up program.

Today we have a port stop in Port Canaveral Florida. As we are still making our journey south from NYC we do not arrive in port until 1pm. We enjoyed the morning on the pool deck and spent time in the hot tubs and Splashaway Bay. While getting ready for our excursion to the Kennedy Space Center we ordered room service for lunch. Our excursion met in the theatre and then we boarded our bus over to the Space Center. AS we had very limited time we opted to not take the tour out to the launch pad and used our time to view the exhibits at the main campus. The brand new Gateway Exhibit has a soft opening while we were there. This pavilion highlights the space craft of today and tomorrow. The 2nd part of our time was used at the Atlantis Pavilion which is home to the shuttle launch experience and as the name suggests, is home to the Shuttle Atlantis.

We have the Unlimited Dining Package which entitled us to dinner only at a specialty restaurant. Lunch is only included on sea days. We opted for dinner this evening at the Italian restaurant, Giovanis Table.

We are a family of four who love to cruise. Two members of our family have celiac’s disease and need to eat gluten free. Watch how we navigate through the week and find them a variety of delicious foods to eat.
Come along with us as we show you first hand the benefits of sailing in Sky Class on Royal Caribbean.

Set sail with us this week for a cruise on the original game changer, the Oasis of the Seas and experience the free on-board amentites including the Ultimate Abyss and the pool deck. Let us be your guide as we travel through the neighborhoods on board and share with you some of our favorite places including the Boardwalk and Central Park.
