italian cauliflower skillet 400 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
4 oz cauliflower florets
salt and black pepper
2 tbsp water
1 garlic
1/4 medium yellow onion
5 oz beef bites
salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 oz grated low fat mozzarella
parsley
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and the groundmeat and season with salt pepper. add garlic powder. breaking it apart with a spatula until it begins to caramelize.
add the onion, pepper, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
Add cauliflower rice, stock or water and season with salt and pepper . Stir to combine until the cauliflower rice is tender. Garnish with parsley.
