We visited the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy and spent a full day exploring. We visited a Parmigiano-Reggiano factory, explored the city of Modena, learned how balsamic vinegar was made, and visited a winery!

We are Garret and Lauren, two newly weds living in Texas. After getting married in early 2021, we decided to spend the first three years of marriage traveling to 30 new locations before we turn 30 in the summer of 2024!
