1 ½ cup bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ bunch Italian parsley, chopped
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Plenty of olive oil
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Coat your favorite seafood with extra virgin olive oil, coat with flavored bread crumbs, Drizzle with more olive oil and roast in the oven at 425F until golden and slightly crispy on the outer side and thoroughly cooked inside.
