Welcome to another episode of “On The Road Edition”, hosted by Stevie Kim. Today’s video is set in the beautiful location of Convento dell’Annunciata in Rovato, on Orfano Mount, Brescia. In this episode, Stevie meets Alessio Planeta, principal of Planeta winery, here also as a board member of Sicily SOStain Foundation. Together they will talk about the work of the foundation and the meaning of sustainability in general.
The main goal of the Sicily SOStain Foundation is to promote ethical and sustainable development in the Sicilian wine sector, developing a culture of sustainability at all levels, orienting production and consumption patterns to raise awareness in Sicily and elsewhere of the importance of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
