This video shows how to cook pasta with tomato and fresh tuna step by step. The recipe does not use canned tuna as most of the recipes on YouTube do. It is amazingly simple and yummy. Also I teach how to cook pasta in fish stock rather than in water in order to enhance the flavor of the dish.

Penne (or spaghetti) _______________________ 400 g
One whole small tuna (bonito). Ask the fishmonger to fillet it for you but keep the bones!
Cherry tomatoes __________________________ 250 g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil ______________________ to taste
Fresh ginger ______________________________ 2 pieces
Lemon grass _____________________________ 1 piece

Breadcrumbs _____________________________ 4 TBS
Anchovies fillet in oil ______________________ 1
Chili pepper _______________________________ 1
Capers ___________________________________ 1 TBS
Water ____________________________________ 2.5 liter
