Italian Roll Ring
Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Taco seasoning 1 tbsp
Water as required
Shredded cheese 1 cup
Puff pastry or Dough 1 packet
Oil 4 tbsp
Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe olives, taco sauce or salsa, as desired
Ingredients for Taco Seasoning:
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tbsp
Oregano powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tbsp
Method :
Preheat oven 190 c .Nonstick skillet, add oil and cook chicken until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened. In medium bowl, mix chicken mixture and cheese.
Arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap. Dough ring should look like the sun.
Spoon chicken mixture on the half of each triangle closest to center of ring.
Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.
Tip:
For a nice glossy finish to the dough, brush it with an egg beaten with a spoonful of water before sliding it into the oven.

Hash Brown
Ingredients:
Potatoes grated 3
Onion 1
Egg beaten 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Egg (half fry) for garnish
Method :
Coarsely grate the potatoes and onion into a clean tea towel and then squeeze out the excess liquid by twisting the towel. Place the mix in a large bowl.
Add the egg, a good couple of pinches of salt and freshly ground black pepper (you need to salt the mixture well .
Mix the ingredients well
Heat oil in a heavy based frying pan and when the oil is hot (but not smoking), add spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten into patties about 1cm/½in thick. Flip over once browned and crispy – about 2–3 minutes each side.

Creamy Garlic Chicken
Ingredients :
Chicken boneless chunks ½ kg
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Mushrooms sliced ½ cup
Garlic chopped 2
Cream 4 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
Boiled pasta 2 cups
Method :
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add onions. Cook, stirring, until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms are cooked. Add chicken back in along with garlic. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add seasoning.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add cream ,cheese, and milk. Continue to cook until cheese has melted and a creamy sauce has formed. Add more milk if desired to thin sauce.
Mix well with pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

Tiramisu Oats
Ingredients:
Oats 1 cup
Chia seeds 2 tbsp
Biscuit 4
Coffee 2 tsp( instant coffee)
Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Dates mashed 5
Peanut butter 2 tbsp
Maple syrup 2 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a bowl add yogurt, milk, oats, chia seeds, leave it for 1 hour or overnight.
Take a bowl add coffee and hot water mix well set aside to cool now add biscuits dip in coffee and make layers in large jar or glass.
Add soak biscuits then add mashed dates, , oats yogurt mixture, again biscuits, peanut butter, mashed dates, Oats layer add maple syrup and sprinkle cocoa powder and serve.
