INGREDIENTS
300g Yellow cherry tomatoes
250g Natural tuna
1/2 red onion
Salt
Pepper
Extra oil
Take the yellow tomatoes, wash them and cut them all in half. Clean the onion, cut it in half, then into slices. In a fairly large pan, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and heat it well. Add the onions and let them dry for a few minutes on a low flame. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and toss everything.
Add a ladle of boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes then add the tuna and turn off the heat. Put the linguine in abundant salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then transfer them to the pan together with the sauce. Add the cooking water and keep cooking the pasta. Once the desired cooking is reached, turn off the heat and add a drizzle of extra oil then sauté. Ottimo!
