Pasta Penne Rigate Alla Puttanesca, Authentic Italian Recipe, Pasta Real [How To][Cooking][Amazing]
Recipe (4 persons):
Ingredients:
2 l (9 c) Cold Water
0,5 dl (0,25 c) Salt
400 g (1 lb) Penne Rigate
4 pcs Anchovies in oil
3 msk (0,20 c) Caper
200 g (0,5 lb) Canned cherry tomatoes
0,5 dl (0,2 c) Extra virgine olive oil
1 dl (0,5 c) Kalamata olives
1/2 Red chilli
4 Cloves of garlic
250 g (0,5 lb) Parsley
2 dl (1 c) Cherry tomatoes
1 dl (0,5 c) Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Salt
Black Pepper
Instructions:
* Cook the pasta 2 min shorter than the instructions on the package.
* Fry garlic, chili and anchovies in plenty of olive oil in a wide saucepan or frying pan.
* Add the cherry tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes.
* Mix capers and olives into the tomato sauce.
* Season with salt and pepper.
* Turn the freshly cooked pasta into the saucepan and let it simmer for at least 2 minutes on low heat while stirring.
* Grate overParmigiano Reggiano, season with salt and pepper.
* Sprinkle over the rest of the parsley.
* Serve in hot deep plates.
