Ingredients:
For Pesto Paste-
1 Cup Basil
1/4 Cup Coriander (optional)
1/4 Cup Walnuts
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt as required
1 Tsp Pepper Powder
Method:
-Make a paste of all the above-given ingredients in a Grinder Jar.
Other Ingredients:
2-3 Boiled Potato
1/4 Cup Boiled Pasta
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
Salt as required
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt as required
4-5 Tortilla
4–5 Cheese Slice
For slurry:
2-3 Tbsp Maida
2 Tbsp Water
Method:
-In a bowl add potato, pasta, all the spices and pesto paste and mix it to make the stuffing
-Mix the ingredients given for slurry to make slurry.
-Place Cheese Slice and then the stuffing on Tortilla and make pockets as shown and seal with the slurry.
-Fry this in hot oil and serve with Ketchup.
