What do you think of Chicken Carbonara or Cinnamon Carbonara? Giada de Laurentis made those, but Eva was absolutely disappointed, especially for the cinnamon one! (Me and Harper too, of course).
Giada made few Carbonara variations, as many chefs and non-chefs do around the world, but surely she deserves the award for the strangest Carbonara we have ever seen.
