28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1/3 stick butter and equal amount flour (for roux)
200 g AP flour
2 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbs olive oil
2 carrots
3 ribs of celery
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
thyme
oregano
basil
nutmeg
