For 4 people
TOTAL TIME: 15 mins

Ingredients :
4 minced steaks of 120 g
4 special burger buns
1 ball of mozzarella (125g)
1 tomato
2 spring onions
50 g arugula
5 tbsp. tablespoon tomato coulis
1 tbsp. teaspoon pesto
1 tbsp. oil soup
Salt pepper
Optional: candied lemon zest
Step 1: Pan-fry the steaks with the oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Salt, pepper. Spread them with 2 tbsp. tomato coulis.
Place 1 slice of mozzarella on each. Cover and cook for another minute to melt the cheese.
Step 2: Split the buns. Toast them.
Mix the rest of the coulis and the pesto. Spread on the bottom of the breads.
Step 3: Spread the arugula, the sliced tomato and the sliced onions.
Place the steaks and close the buns. Serve with grilled polenta and a green salad.
