Holy Ravioli! If you want to know how to make Ravioli from scratch, you should watch this video. I am explaining step by step how you make Ravioli without using a pasta machine neither a ravioli stamp. This easy recipe includes a dough recipe, a filling made of Spinach and Ricotta and a ‘sauce’ idea. You don’t have to do the sauce like I’m doing, you could also just serve the ravioli on a plate with some fresh basil.
