Ingredients :

800 g Zucchini
2 garlic cloves
1 sprig of fresh thyme
2 eggs
200g Ricotta
20 cl Liquid cream
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Step 1: Rinse and pat dry the courgettes, cut them into thick slices.

Brown them for 2 minutes per side in olive oil, place them in a sieve as you go, salt them.

Step 2: Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves, finely chop the thyme.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Crush the ricotta with a fork, incorporate the pressed garlic and the thyme.

Step 3: Add the whole eggs and cream, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Fill a baking dish with layers of zucchini, For a little egg mixture between each layer.

Step 4: Level the surface with the back of a spoon and bake for 30 minutes, serve hot or warm.
