I love incorporating very authentic Southern Italian recipes from my mother and mother-in-law, both wonderfully talented and resourceful home cooks. Their valued recipes from their respective beloved hometowns of Donnici in Calabria and Capurso in Puglia reflect a true appreciation for fresh and simple ingredients and uncomplicated techniques. With their foundation, I have combined tastes and techniques to create my own. Even beyond their traditions, I explore other cuisines but always let taste, freshness, and simplicity be my guide.
