G’day! Welcome back to Food Mood on YouTube! In this new series, I’m completing a massive food city of Rome, Italy! This is the first video in my informative guide to some of Rome’s best restaurants, street food, aperitivo spots and desserts (expect lotssss of tiramisu).
In this video, I’m exploring Italian trattorias and restaurants featuring typical Roman cuisine. I’ll be introducing you to a local Roman bakery, a favourite espresso bar, a charming Travestere restaurant, Roscioli salumi in an underground wine cellar, family-owned gelato and Tuscan food – all in one food-filled day!

Video Notes
– I’m using a Sony ZV E10 for my vlogs which I’m currently learning how to use. I apologise for the focus and stabilisation issues during this video. Thank you for your patience 🎥
– I apologise for the background noise in the restaurants. I’ve filmed my Rome series already and for my upcoming Paris series, I purchased a Rode microphone to help eliminate the ambient sounds. You may hear some editing to eliminate some of the white noise (e.g. gas heaters, pedestal fans) but it certainly isn’t perfect. Thanks for sticking by as I work through this 🎤
– I’ve only realised after returning home that there are marks on the lens which required cleaning. Hope this isn’t completely distracting 👀
