For the Bread:
– 553 gm All Purpose Flour
– 24 gm Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 36 gm Sugar
– 1 Tbs Dried Basil
– 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
– 6 gm Quick Rise Yeast
– 10 gm Salt
– 320 ml (320 gm) Warm Water
For the Dip:
– Some Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– A Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
– A Pinch of Sea Salt
– Some Freshly GROUND Black Pepper
