I am trying my hand at some Italian recipes and although they may not be the most traditional they for sure delicious and pretty straight forward! Today we are making some Focaccia topped with garlic and Thyme (or Rosemary for some reason I use these terms interchangeably) Wait till you see how easy it is, and it is sublime!

Ingredients:
Dough –
350g Flour
7g Yeast
250ml Water
125ml Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Honey
Toppings –
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Fresh Thyme (or Rosemary both are delicious)
