Today I show you one of my favorite recipes. My Italian lemon tiramisu. Not only a dream for anyone who loves tiramisu, but also for any Limoncello fan. Perfect for the summer or as a dessert. The ingredients for your stunning Lemon Tiramisu:
For the cream:
-500 g mascarpone
-2 eggs
-100 g sugar
-1 pinch of lemon zest
Limoncello mix:
-250 ml Limoncello (substitute non-alcoholic version: 150ml lemon syrup or 400ml passion fruit juice)
-2 remons
-some water
Other for layering:
-300 g lady fingers
-250 g lemon curd
