INGREDIENTS
For the rice:
100g basmati rice
4 yolks
Salt
100g peas
1 diced carrot
50g corn
2 diced green asparagus
Chives
Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, mix with 4 egg yolks. Grease a skillet and sauté the rice along with peas, corn, a carrot and 2 diced asparagus. Season with chives.
For the meat:
150g roast beef
Herbal salt
Butter
Rosemary
Cook the meat 5 min per side with butter, rosemary and herb salt and serve with rice.
