Softened Butter – 50g
Lamb Chops – 4 ea
Chopped Fresh Rosemary
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method:
1. Spread a little of the butter on each of the lamb chops. Sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper.
2. Place the chops under a preheated hot grill (broiler) and grill (broil) for 7 minutes on each side until cooked.

Transfer the lamb chops to a warm serving plate and serve immediately!
