INGREDIENTS
1 melon
50 g sugar
50 ml sugar syrup
1 tsp agar-agar
METHOD:
Cut the melon in half, blend the pulp, boil the pulp with sugar and syrup. Transfer everything to the melon peel that we kept aside, and let it cool for 3 hours. Then cut into wedges.
