For the salmon:
1 salmon steak
1/2 spring onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch of salt

For the vegetables:
1 carrot
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 spring onion
Brick pastry

Cut the salmon and vegetables into strips, sauté in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, salt and season with black sesame. Fill the brick pastry with the 2 fillings, seal well and grill in a pan.
