Maple Marshmallow Recipe
1/3 cup water add 1 scoop of gelatin and let bloom. Heat 1 cup of maple syrup to 235F I use my milk thermometer to make sure it reaches the temperature and then slowly mix the heated syrup Into the bloomed gelatin until stiff peaks form and Is glossy * make sure to NOT overmix keep at eye on it! 🙂 usually sets up In a couple hours!
