⭐️⭐️RECIPES⭐️⭐️

🌿EGG ROLLS
-FILLING:
1 medium onion
1/2 head cabbage
3 carrots
1 thumb size stump of ginger
2 cloves garlic
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
-WRAPPER:
2 rice paper wraps

DIRECTIONS:
-shred carrots & ginger
-slice cabbage thin
-Cook all the filling together
– double up the rice paper wraps, and dip 2 together in warm water until soft enough to fold
-wrap up like burrito
-in a pan put oil down with sesame seeds on medium
-place egg rolls there and turn when brown
-OR you can place in MEDIUM oven until crispy, then turn over

🌿CHOW MEIN with RICE NOODLES
1 big pack of rice noodles
-1/2 head cabbage
– 2 shredded carrots
– 1 onion
SAUCE:
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 cup honey
-1 tsp sesame oil
-2 garlic cloves chopped
-1 tsp fresh/powdered ginger
-blk pepper
-1 tbsp corn starch
-or potato starch
-1/2 cup cup of water

🌿SHEET PAN CASHEW CHICKEN
-2 chicken breasts or chicken thighs- cut into 1″ inch cubes
-1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
-1 red bell pepper
-2 zucchinis
-1 onion
-2/3 cup cashews

SAUCE:
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 cup honey
-1 tsp sesame oil
-2 garlic cloves chopped
-1 tsp fresh/powdered ginger
-blk pepper
-1 tbsp corn starch
-or potato starch
-1/2 cup cup of water

🌿STICKY HONEY & GARLIC WITH PINEAPPLE CHICKEN WINGS:
About a dozen chicken wings
-SAUCE:
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 cup honey
-1 tsp sesame oil
-5 garlic cloves chopped
-blk pepper
-1 tbsp corn starch
-or potato starch
-1/2 cup cup of water
-cup of canned, frozen or
fresh cut pineapple (optional)

🌿SWEET POTATO BUNS – BREAD
-4 1/2 cups flour
(I used white spelt)
-2 tsp of yeast
-1 1/4 tsp salt
-1 cup mashed sweet potato
(medium sweet potato)
– 1/2 cup water – MAYBE add slowly to mixer until dough, might need less or more

DIRECTIONS
-Mash the sweet potato (or put all ingredients into food processor and mix until not sticking on sides)
-Depends on how moist the sweet potato is, is the amount of water you’ll need to add. Add around 1/2 cup of water and if its still sticky add flour until not sticking to hands or food processor.
-Rise for 45 mins
-Roll into buns
-Rise for another 20 mins
-Boil water & steam buns for about 20-25 mins
ENJOY YUM!

🌿PEANUT BUTTER HONEY OAT FORTUNE COOKIES
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
2 cups oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
-Mix all ingredients together in big bowl
– wet your hands and roll into small balls then flatten
– write your fortune/blessing notes and fold them
-put folded side down and stick it into top of the cookie
BAKE on 375*C or 190*F for 10-12 mins
