1kg roast beef
2 garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
Rosemary
Marjoram
3 Asparagus
Season the meat with garlic and oil, brown in a pan 5 mins per side. Bake in the oven for another 15 mins at 302°F (150°C). Cut the meat into slices and wrap around the asparagus, serve with soy sauce.
