Because to eat a tasty and nutritious dish you do not necessarily need many ingredients or complicated preparations, indeed very often the simplest things are the best.

PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS
120 gr fresh pasta or 80 gr dry pasta (I used tagliolini or also tagliatelle are great)
180 gr mushrooms

SPAGHETTI ALL’ ASSASSINA (KILLER SPAGHETTI)
80 gr spaghetti
350 ml tomato sauce (you can also use advanced sauce in smaller quantities)

PASTA WITH SWEET PEPPERS
80 gr short pasta
1 small pepper
1/2 small onion
1 tablespoon of spreadable cheese

PASTA SALAD
80 gr short pasta
4-5 cherry tomatoes
50 gr feta
Olive
Basil
Oil
Salt
VEGETARIAN CARBONARA OF ZUCCHINI
80 gr pasta (both long and short is good)
1 big zucchini
1/3 small onion
1 egg yolk
1 tb of pecorino (+ the one to sprinkle)
