In this video we decide to take a class that will gain us knowledge about the three deferent focaccias styles. So we traveled @Regione Liguria to see what focaccia is really all about. In the most picturesque little town Sestri Levante, we learned how to make Focaccia Genovese, Farinata and Focaccia di Recco or known as Focaccia al Formaggio outside of Recco. The class was three hour long and was conducted at Sciamadda dei Vinaccieri Ballerini.
Sciamadda dei Vinaccieri Ballerini is open daily except Christmas, and has an amazing menu but also has class open the public on there website. So if planning a tip to Liguria, make sure to make this a stop on your trip!
