Italian meringue buttercream

Ingredients
1 egg white at room temperature
67gram sugar
50 ml water
113gram butter
1 pinch vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
2 pinch cream off tartar

Method

Take a egg white in to the bowl an add cream off tartar and add 2 tea spoon off sugar and beat it
Now on other side take a pan an put water and sugar and cook it at the point of 240f remove from heat and add to the white mixture off egg
put the bowl off egg in to hy ice cube and add the sugar mixture and beat it well atlest 20 min
now remove the ice cube and wait for while when its come to the room temperature then add butter slow. slow butter should be a room temperature then we beat it for more 20
now we add last two ingredient vanilla essence and salt now refrigerator the butter cream till need it

Moist vanilla cake

Ingredient
170 gram sugar
114 gram butter
2 eggs room temperature
25 gram oil
114 gram milk
170 gram flour
1 pinch vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1 tea spoon baking powder

Method

first we add butter and sugar in to the mixture machine an beat it for 10 to 15 min.
Then we add egg one bye one we should give a gap off 2 min to add on other egg.
Now we add oil and milk then we add flour slowly slowly on it.
At this stage we add vanilla essence,salt and backing powder add mix it in low speed
Our better is ready now we put our better in to the baking try and bake it atlest 30 to 35 minutes
