Bulgogi Marinade Recipe:
6 Tbs soy sauce
3 tbs brown sugar
1 Asian pear or red apple peeled and cored
1/2 onion
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Blend until smooth, then pour over very thinly slice beef. Allow to marinate 2-12 hours.
