***FOCACCIA BREAD***
1 1/2 cups warm water 105-115 F
1 tsp honey
7 g instant yeast/ rapid rise yeast 1 packet or 2 1/4 tsp
3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil for the dough
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil for the pan
For topping, you will need:
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. (5g) salt
2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Bake at 450 Degrees for 22-25 Minutes
***PESTO SAUCE***
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp pine nuts
1 oz. (30g) basil
Coarse salt
1.75 oz. (50g) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
***CAPRESE SALAD***
Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
***FRIED MUSHROOMS***
Mushrooms
Olive oil
Flour ( ½ cup)
Salt & Pepper
Cornstarch (2 tbs.)
Eggs (2)
