8️⃣ greated Parmiggiano Reggiano, as needed [ parmiggiano reggiano grattuggiato, q.b ]
9️⃣ 100 gr of lard [ 100 gr di sugna ]
🔟 black pepper, as needed [ pepe nero, q.b ]

PASTIERA:

For the Shortcrust Pastry:
1️⃣ 500gr of flour [ 500gr di farina ]
2️⃣ 200gr of zucchero [ 500gr di zucchero ]
