* Bruschetta
Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese. In Italy, bruschetta is often prepared using a brustolina grill.
In this recipe I reflected the Indian flavors. I used Sago (Sago is a type of starch that’s commonly extracted from a palm called Metroxylon sagu. It’s mainly composed of carbs and is low in protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. However, sago is naturally grain- and gluten-free, making it suitable for those following restricted diets.)
Tips :-
* Use cheese to coat the sago papad so that the salsa doesn’t make the papad soggy.
* Always use olive oil and garlic in this recipe.
* You can top the papad with any thing that you like.
* You can use any other breads or papads as the base.

* Studies suggest having sabudana before your workout routine may also help to improve your performance.
* Helps in weight gain.
* It is gluten free.
* Good for pregnant women cause it is good for baby growth.
* May improve digestion.
* May help strengthen bones
* Helps to reduce blood pressure.
