Bean Salad Recipe:
Ingredients
โข Ponam Kidney Beans – 1 cup
โข Ponam Black Pepper Powder
โข Ponam Salt (if required)
โข Ponam White Channa – 1 cup
โข Ponam Red Lobiya – 1 cup
โข Ponam Black Eyed Bean (White Lobia) – 1 cup
โข Italian Salad Dressing – ยฝ cup
โข Fresh Choice Sweet Corn – 1 cup
โข Fresh Parsley
โข Green Chillies Chopped
โข Tomatoes Chopped
โข Onion Chopped
โข Lemon 1
โข Cucumber Chopped
Method
โข Boil all the raw beans and chickpeas separately until tender.
โข Now in a big bowl add Italian dressing, salt, pepper, lemon and mix well.
โข Add all the vegetables and beans in the dressing.
โข Now toss nicely and serve.
