Bean Salad Recipe:

Ingredients
โ€ข Ponam Kidney Beans – 1 cup
โ€ข Ponam Black Pepper Powder
โ€ข Ponam Salt (if required)
โ€ข Ponam White Channa – 1 cup
โ€ข Ponam Red Lobiya – 1 cup
โ€ข Ponam Black Eyed Bean (White Lobia) – 1 cup
โ€ข Italian Salad Dressing – ยฝ cup
โ€ข Fresh Choice Sweet Corn – 1 cup
โ€ข Fresh Parsley
โ€ข Green Chillies Chopped
โ€ข Tomatoes Chopped
โ€ข Onion Chopped
โ€ข Lemon 1
โ€ข Cucumber Chopped

Method
โ€ข Boil all the raw beans and chickpeas separately until tender.
โ€ข Now in a big bowl add Italian dressing, salt, pepper, lemon and mix well.
โ€ข Add all the vegetables and beans in the dressing.
โ€ข Now toss nicely and serve.
