Today we make traditional Piadine Romagnole. The Piadina Romagnola comes from the region of Emiglia Romagna. The dough consists of: Water, salt, lard and flour. It can be used as bread, for example. You can fill the piadine as you like. It does not take long to prepare the piadina and it is very easy. The piadina dough should be left to rise for only 30 minutes. They are ideal for dinner or just for snacks. The piadina should be eaten on the same day, otherwise they become hard. Make one or many delicious Italian piadina and enjoy them. 15 g / ½ oz salt
150 g / 5 ¼ oz lard
500 g / 1 lb 2 oz flour
