Here’s how to make my easy Korean seafood green onion pancake “pajeon” recipe. I made my life easy and used a pancake mix. Plus I’ll share with you my pajeon sauce recipe which is also goes great with dumplings.
I paired the pancakes with a Vermentino a light, dry Italian white wine.
Here are some pancake mixes on Amazon:
I used green onions and garlic chives (optional)
1 bag of Trader Joe’s Seafood Blend
For the sauce:
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Korean Red Pepper Powder
Korean Red Pepper Powder
