What you need to make approximately 12 medium sized meat balls

500 Grams beef
200 grams of Pork sausage meat or purchase some good quality Italian Sausages and remove meat from casings.
60 grams Grated Cheese (Parmigiano, Romano ) whatever is available in your area but must have a strong taste.
2 small Cans of Tomato’s Diced or whole
1 Small Onion
1 Clove of garlic
2 Eggs
3 to 4 tablespoons of chopped Parsley
Bread Crumbs, enough to allow you to make up the meat balls – not to firm not to Soft
Olive oil
Salt
