Chris Bianco is synonymous with pizza and pasta. One of the OG Godfathers of Italian cooking here in the US. Heck, he even has his own brand of tomatoes (Bianco DiNapoli), which in my opinion are the best and only canned tomatoes you should be using.
Also keep in mind there are two locations in Phoenix, AZ. One location only serves pizza and the other has a larger menu throughout the day and night. Both are great – but I want pasta and meatballs!
