🔥Eggless indian style Tiramisu 🔥
Tiramisu is a rich Italian dessert with a touch of coffee. And this is an eggless version of tiramisu which is layered with a mix of whipped cream, mascarporn cheese & indian rusk dipped in coffee syrup.
📝Note – You can substitute mascarporn cheese with either heavy cream + cream cheese but you will find a little sour taste with tiramisu. Whereas the mascarporn cheese will have a slight sweet taste.
Detailed recipe👇
🛎️ To a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream and beat for 5 min.
🛎️ Now add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar & beat for 1min.
🛎️Now add 1tbsp of powdered sugar & beat for another 1min.
🛎️Now add 1/4 cup mascarporn cheese & beat for few minutes until you get a thick creamy consistency to your whipped cheese.(Refrigerate for atleast 10min before layering)
🛎️Now to a mixing bowl add 1&1/2 tbsp of instant coffee powder & add 250 ml water and give a good mix.
🛎️Dip rusk in coffee syrup & arrange it in your serving jar.
🛎️Now add 3-4 tbsp of your whipped cheese over the rusk.
🛎️Dust some cocoa powder over the cheese layer.
🛎️Repeat the process until your jar is full(use some powdered rusk for layering to get a different textures to tiramisu)
🛎️Dust some cocoa powder to the top & refrigerate for 15 min and serve chill.
