I’d had these clips in my computer for *literally one month* and I finally managed to put them together: guys, I’m really happy to share with you this VERY SPECIAL RECIPE – or should I say – this very special SWEET ADVENTURE!
My dad’s birthday was coming up, so I wanted to experiment with *Italian small pastry* and in the end I ended up creating some ZUPPA INGLESE TRIANGLES.
What’s “zuppa inglese triangles”, Barbs? Why did you come up with that idea, Barbs? How did you make them, Barbs?
I bet you’ll have tons of questions (LOL), so while you find out all the answers in the video… let me write down a little list for you 🙂

PAN DI SPAGNA – ingredients:
– 4 eggs
-100 gr sugar
-vanilla essence
-150 gr spelt flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-some lemon juice

CREMA PASTICCERA – ingredients:
-500 ml milk
-3 egg yolks
-50 gr sugar
-40 gr corn starch
-vanilla essence
-50 gr dark chocolate

PASTA SABLÉ – ingredients:
-50 gr coconut oil
-40 gr powder sugar
-180 gr spelt flour (+more to roll out the dough)
-1 egg white
-a pinch of salt

CHOCOLATE GANACHE – ingredients:
-50 gr fresh cream
-100 gr dark chocolate
