Anyone every in a rush and need a quick bite to eat? I know it’s happened to me several times before. I’d have a super busy day but still have to cook for my husband and myself. One simple recipe that people often have is ALFREDO! So that’s what we are gonna make – plant based of course. I’ll be trying out Simple Truth’s Alfredo Pasta Sauce and Tofurky Italian Sausage. Let’s see if these two ingredients are any good.
