Ingredients:
8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
7 oz cucumbers, de-seeded and sliced at an angle
4 oz bocconcini cheese balls
4 oz pepperoni, cut into ½-inch strips
½ cup green or black olives, pitted and halved
¼ cup parsley, chopped
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
